Simul Support ExchangeRegistration Not Recognized

Hello,
The artist who is testing this application is unable to log in. He get the message, “Registration Not recognized, please try again. Can you please confirm what we should be using for the user name? And our company license is:

Removed By Admin

He was able to use the product as of a couple days ago, but no longer. Our license appears to be valid, but doesn’t hurt to check.

Hi, Apologies for the issue. 

Please be aware when posting licence information on the forums, as these are public. I have taken the information and will take a look at the issue
