I know truesky is no longer supports on Windows7 .
is there a special way to solve it .

Hi,

We do not have any Windows 7 Machines available to test, but from running in Win7 compatibility mode from within Windows 10, I do not see an issue. If you could please provide any crash logs that would be very helpful and we will see what we can do.

but our customer use win7。。。So， i wonder if there is a special way.
for crash log , just as your docs->FAQ createfile2 not found in kernel32.dll.Exactly the same

We do not officially support Windows 7 anymore, however from what testing I can do (No Windows 7 Machine, currently using compatibility modes) I cannot see the issue.

If the errors or logs give me any line numbers or function names to which createfile2 is called on Windows 7 I can try to fix.
